As is Acknowledged in the Industry, we are Initiators and Facilitators of Business Partnerships between Governments, Investors, Corporate Organizations and Individuals, as we have Successfully initiated and Established Some Landmark Joint Venture Projects like:

• the Sunshine Housing Estates between Ondo State Government of Nigeria and the Chinese Investors,
• the Large Scale Modern Mechanised, Commercial Farm also between the Ondo State Governments of Nigeria and the South African Farmers & Investors
• and again the Multi-billion Housing Estates with the Niger State Government of Nigeria with Enormous Capacity and Room for more of such Projects.
